Cyl Head 1z Vrs Afn Are They The Same

well my head has bent valves and ive been offered a head off a audi 80 eng code 1z my engine is a afn are they the same ive had a look at the head gaskets and they seem the same, can anyone confirm for me please.

All I remember is there were mods to the cylinder head to handle the extra power (110 vs 90 bhp) - valves or valve seats were sodium filled or something like that.
