marinabrid Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 (edited) i was motorcareman when i ran a spares shop, i sold it as i got sick of it. you can get the plugs from g.s.f branches. ask for a beru gh001, that plug covers most models up to around 04/05 reg, thats the stock number not the part number. any branch shoul dbe able to supply as they keep a stock at a central warehouse. around Edited October 6, 2008 by marinabrid Quote
hdavetaxi Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 Hi Sorry to hijack your post but i cant seem to start one it keeps giving me an error anyway i am trying to find out the location of the aux heater glowplugwe have a 2005 td ghia x and its got the dreded smoke problem :16: although its not as excessive as some of the ones i have read i fear its only going to get worse as we head into colder timesi intend on changing the glowplug myself if anyone could help me with advice and info on where it is and how easy it is to change thanks in advance :31: Kind regards Dave Quote

I would think that you would need a glowplug from a main dealer as yours may have two wires on it (check first)There may even be some pics on here too. Quote
