Indicalor Problems Again !

Hi All

My 97 2.3petrol galaxy has thrown me another indicator problem the previous was due to water underpassenger seat , it has been fine since i sorted that out now fuse nos 3 has blown which only seems to supply ABS module but the wire from fuse cannot be found on the module. The meter is telling me that there is a dead short. But why the hell is the ABSmodule fuse affecting the indicators. If i put the fuse in and operate the indicator it blows, cant make any sece of it at all has anyone come across this problem or have any suggestions.

ps ABS still works ok with blown fuse??????????

Not sure if this helps but IIRC fuse 3 is for the parking lamps which are operated by the indicator stalk.

 

Check park lamps work, ign off, ind up/down, side lights on.

thanks for reply now you mention it i tried them yesterday and know they dont work do you think that it could be the stalk gone wonky
