hi I'm 24 and have own my galaxy for the past year she is a 1999 2.3 zetec petrol lovely car just had a few problems but hopefully yous lot on ere maybe able to help.

 

first question where do i find the diagnostics plug to put a machine in?

 

as my abs light s on i know it poss ably is a sensor just not sure which one as i had the front drivers side done last year

 

any way all help greatly received

its....by the cig lighter i believe, or is it under the dash drivers side??Hmmm..can never remember which is which.

he has a MKI. i said by cig lighter,....i was just..out a bit thats all. :D

ok found it it was under the cig lighter and pink in colour so the next question what dianostic comp do i need to get

 

A lot of people use vag-com which i believe is expensive. There are cheap code readers out there for which i have one this is mine. Not sure if it will do your motor but you can check that site for yours. You could even ask a member near you if they would read your ecu for you. They might even have vag-com. ;)
