hi all after sellin my galaxy ultima i bought a escort RS 2000 mk6 kept it for 6 months ,and then after owning 76 or77 fords i have now

bought this, and i i am over the moon with it its quick, smooth, comfterble, handles very very well for a big car, very under rated machine imo,

not everyones cup of tea i know but im finding it very impressive

I had one of these a few years ago (a mate has it now) in black.

A very nice car, super engine. 30 mpg on long runs too.

Good seats and driving position, but I bet you find that your left leg is pushing against the centre console. :wub: You get used to it.

2.7 CRD and we got stopped and blocked which ever way we went! NY played well but not well enough to win in my opinion we were all other them but we couldnt finish the plays, and we made the bad choice of going for a Td instead of the field goal and loss possesion on the turn over, plus we never made any real ground on the interceptions we had :) but there's always next season :) we will be back Edited February 4, 2008 by mk2vr6

not got it yet it's in for valeting and a service before we pick it up, plus it needs a couple of things doing to it! passengers seat belt doesnt retract fully and the bonnet gas strus allow the bonnet to drop back down instead of holding it up! put from the 45 mins test drive/play at the week end it goes well :) everything works and the mrs likes the heated seats! the kids cant wait to get another dvd player for it! and me? well the 3'' lift kit, lockers, exo cage and half doors :)

lockers.... locking diffs to aid traction, both items are highly essential and need on the school run, as are the 33''s with the self cleaning tread, as I cant stand picking out the remains of small children ! :20:
