Keanu Posted January 21, 2008 Report Posted January 21, 2008 The other morning, I heard a fast spinning motor noise coming from below the nearside REAR passenger door. When I got out and turned of the galaxy with the key out and went to look, I saw small amount of smoke coming out from a small tube and the spinning noise was quite fast and loud, as if a jet plane is about to take off!!! :16: It seems this tube is there for the extraction of some sort of excess smoke. Is it a mechanism associated with the exhuast system? What could it be? Quote

mumof4 Posted January 22, 2008 Report Posted January 22, 2008 now, if you put Aux heater in the search engine, 12 pages will appear all to do with this lovely mechanical piece of genius. its the Auxhillary heater, and smoke combined with a nice purring jet engine noise that wakes the neighbours in the morning and has them diving under the beds thinking they are under attack, is a damn good sign that the bugger is working.Be very happy that it is as it is one thing on the Galaxy etc that like to flame out every now and then or decides it wants its brain changing ( the GLOW PLUG) without this piece of mechanical genius, the cabin will take an age to warm up and you will feel that you are sat in the middle of your very own ice age.with it working, you can imagine yourself strolling hand in hand with some nubile philly ( or adonis whichever way you hang) down the beach and thinking all is right with the world. Be careful as you pass the various airports in your nice warm cosy galaxy, as the poor buggers might think there is going to be an unauthorised landing :16: Quote

She has no respect for admin decisions and everytime admins/mods carry out their job she seems to think they are answerable to her. Moderators and Admins. Please look for dummy accounts being made and do not authorise an account if you think it is this person. 7 Day ban imposed. and... after investigation this new member is believed to be mumof4. 7 day ban issued. and... As for my ban on the forum i cant name in case they come after me on here like last time i was banned from the afore mentioned forum, The reason i was banned is a load of cobblers in my opinion.And i really don,t think its possible for me to do what i was told to do by some of its members :27: Quote
