stevie m Posted December 25, 2007 Report Posted December 25, 2007 (edited) It could be because your Wii chipped ? Maybe its the wrong format for your region/TV (NTSC/NTSC-J/PAL) i got these answers when i googled it for you. Maybe it could be that you are playing a game which is for a different region ? But i have this feeling that your wii is for a different region. Im no expert tho mate. Im just trying to help. Edited December 26, 2007 by stevie m Quote

jkspoff Posted December 26, 2007 Author Report Posted December 26, 2007 Another tip for the wii scart connection, usually there is 1 scart socket at the back of your TV that is RGB enabled, this provides a lot sharper and clearer picture, as the signal is more superior, unless of course you have Sky TV or DVD plugged into that socket. Enjoy the bowling ! and happy Boxing Day. Quote
stevie m Posted December 26, 2007 Report Posted December 26, 2007 I have trouble beating mine at wii. But when i do I make sure they know about it. Quote

El Dingo Posted December 26, 2007 Report Posted December 26, 2007 (edited) Well, we now have a PS2 (modified with hard-drive), Wii and now a new X-Box.Plus PSP and Game Boy (both modded). An amazing amount of wires and boys toys to keep tidy in my son's room. I got a new camera! But I also got a migraine (classic type, with aura, etc.) at noon on Christmas Day and even with Sumatriptan it's not nice. Woke up this morning with my second migraine. I just managed to get out of bed so that's half of Boxing Day wasted! Oh well, hopefully that'll be that for another six months... These Wii's a re fantastic fun! Bowling is my favourite - it's the only game I can actually beat my son on. Good tip about the RGB scart BTW. Happy Christmas, and seasons greetings to those of another religious belief. :) Edited December 26, 2007 by El Dingo Quote
jkspoff Posted December 26, 2007 Author Report Posted December 26, 2007 It makes no wonder you have had migraines with all those computer consoles ! Hope you don't get another one. Quote

Hope you don't get another one. :) Another migraine or another console? Thanks for the thought though - (genuine) migraines are no fun. And my son hogs the consoles, so I hardly ever get to play. :) Quote
