Can Anyone Tell Me How Much And Where I Can Get A New Clutch For My Mk

I have a noise coming from my gearbox. I think I have a problem with my release bearing. A horrible noise comes from this area when I start the car and when it idles. When I rev it it goes away but soon comes back at. I press my clutch pedal in and it goes away. The noises seems to be getting worse. Do I have to replace my clutch ? and where can i get one from ? Any replys would be gratefully received.
