Instrument Panel Bulbs

Hi All

Any one know where i can get low cost replacement bulbs for my 1999 Galaxy 1.9TDI? I don't fancy paying dealership added tax!

It is the tachometer side bulb.

Does the bulb come out of the housing or is it a bulb and housing complete I need? No identification marks on the removed bulb.

The largest size in the back of the panel.

take out instrument panel, and you'll see several grey bulb holders, the big ones contain push fit bulbs (available at your local auto shop) for tacho and speedo, the small ones (bulb and holder as one unit)I can only get from a dealer. all are removed by turning 1/4 turn with needle nose pliers ,be careful though the grey holders will be brittle.
