Justice Posted June 14, 2007 Report Posted June 14, 2007 I hate the way they put people through who are clearly only good enough to take the pi55 out of at a later stage , as Bleeno said of the Madonna monster, she obviously isn't a full shilling so for the judges to put her through and give her faulse hope that she is quite good then tonight totally shred her world by saying she's rubbish you could see the hurt on her face, I think it is damn right nasty.I run a Karaoke mid week and sing in clubs at the weekend and when doing Karaoke I get my fair share of awful singers and normally it is the ones who are a sandwich short of a picnic who think they are good having said that I would never tell them what I think because they believe in themselves and enjoy what they do.I think the result of tonight's show was about right in my opinion the opera guy Potts was first class even if the sound man didn't get they balance right. mumof4 Posted June 15, 2007 Report Posted June 15, 2007 I did think at first when he started singing, that he sounded quiet...but he soon belted out at the end....the only prob i had with his singing...is that his song was over too quick...i am a big fan of opera and can listen to it all day when the mood strikes me.....It wouldnt surprise me if Potts had already been approached!
