Thanks for looking lads but i got zero replies so it went back to ford yesterday and they said the gate valve on the turbo is stuck so spoke to supplier of turbo and guess what they didnt want to replace it untill i said ford were involved oh he said we will send you a new turbo out asap THE morale of the story is dont buy cheap parts even second hand or recon as they`re crap and wont last. Its going auctions asap so long as it works will let ya all know

Lets face it were taxed to the hilt and labour love us coz were all dicks and keep putting them in :o

I drive a taxi which is lowered 50 on the normal tyres and the handling is great sticks like s**t to a blanket :lol:

Somebody help me i have a 2001 tdi pd engine,with loss of power,rebuilt bottom end with new top end and turbo even been in to fords at stockport and spent a week at another auto place but the dont seem to be able to find out whats wrong ,any ideas i have a free diesel mechanic(brother in law) so hes been over it with a fine tooth comb but to no availe help :lol:

Hi i have a 01 plate galaxy and the rear heater has stopped working i havent got a clue whats wrong but there are water pipes leading to it under the car and a dongle thats not attached but it looks like it should be . So one day i attached it but nothing changed.Is it water or diesel i have no idea HELP :huh:

Sounds a bit pricey matey look around get around 3 prices then haggle it works :16:

My gals done 103000 gearbox fine and its a taxi so no its not a common problem

Just had mine done it cost 650 but they had to get the front end off to replace a pipe lets hope we get a summer then hey :16:
