Update - I did the job yesterday and it was pretty easy. Easier in fact than on the MK2 and took less than 45 minutes from start to finish. The best part is it saved me approx £60 + Vat which was the cost of the labour quoted at the garage. Happy days!

My Mk3 Galaxy has just failed its MOT due to the dust cover on one of the Anti-roll bar drop links having deteriated. I've checked online and they seem to be readily available but has anyone got experience of changing them? I changed them on my old MK2 a couple of times and it wasn't too difficult once you got the hang of it, but I can't find any mention on this site of anyone doing it on a Mk3. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Keith

Hi all, I've read the post above from tractorboy1964 regarding removing the Sony head unit but I'm a bit wary about breaking something. Does anyone know exactly how the trim and "wood" strip is fixed. Am I looking for clips or tabs? Has anybody got any pictures? Thanks Keith
