my key is the same as that, only prob is i 2 other keys one key that operates the ignition ,boot and passenger door its a torch key and another key that only opens the drivers door and central locking wich is just a bog standard key does this meen i am stuffed

how do i know witch type of key it is ,not had it re cut with a new blade yet as i havent found anywere that does the blanks yet. my car is a w reg 2.3 petrol zetec

have bought a second hand remote key of ebay for my galaxy as i didnt get one with the car when i bought it took it in to get re cut and the guy said it was no good and couldnt be reprogramed as it was a crypto one at least i think thats what he called it what i want to know is he correct and is the key useless
