Fuel Additives Okay boys and girls who uses fuel additives for diesel engines are they any good and which ones I am think about using one every third tank or so, but I have no idea which ones. I use shell V power every now and then but it is very dear now. Andy B

Sorted after diagnosic checks, the fault came down to the resitance changing in the water expansion tank due to corrosion over the two electrodes a quick scub with a toothbrush cleaned them off and hey prsesto no more warning lights.

Hi Peeps, Does anyone know where I can get the self diagnostic system read? I have tried booking into Fords to get it check out so I can find which part has failed. But they can't fit the car in until after Easter. One of the sensors has gone in the coolant system leading to the fan not running at the higher speed and the after run fan not working either. This causes a warning to come on saying stop immediately and check coolant. The car is not over heating and its more of a pain than anything else but for peace of mind I would like it fixed before I drive down to Brittany at Easter. Andy B

If its any help I ended up drilling two new holes to access the torque screws. or you could just cut the wires and replace the whole unit. AndyB
