Do you have LED sidelights in the front? I had the same prob with mine, untill i changed the LEDs

Hi all I used to have the limp mode problem on my MKII so i bought a can of 10K boost Diesel followed instuctions on tin and it never missed a beat since. (not got the Gal now tho')

Its common that the Glow plug fails in the auxiliary heater so i'd look at this first. hope this helps. Biscuit

With regards to the window it could well be a broken wire it the loom that goes from the door pillar to the door (repaired mine a number of times) As Gregers said the flashing climate panel could be a simple regas. hope this helps

You disconnect the air intake AFTER the MAF. Get some one to sit in the car and hold the throttle at 2500 rpm spray 10k into pipe for 1 minute then let it idle for 5 minutes then hold throttle at 2500 rpm again and spray into pipe until can is empty (watch the crap come out of exhaust its great) the take car for a run for about 10 mins Believe me you WILL notice a hell of a difference!!!!

Dont quote me on this, isnt the reciever for the remote key near the rear view mirror and the high level brake light so the car can be locked/unlocked from all angles. Hope this helps
