  1. Hi, 2009 Galaxy 2.0tdci cut out on the motorway and has refused to start since. Diagnostic shows a fuel pressure regulator fault and a low fuel pressure fault. Previously the car had become difficult to start first thing in the morning but then would start and run fine all day. I had noticed more black smoke in recent weeks as well. I plan on changing the regulator anyway but has anyone experienced this before and is it a simple as changing the regulator or will it go back to the fuel pump. Any advice would be appreciated thank you.
  2. Hi, my 2009 Galaxy 2.0tdci has, over the last few months, developed a strange fault which the garage cannot identify. Whilst driving I have the ESP light coming on absolutely loads of the time when turning corners ( especially right ) at anything other than a gentle pace. It definitely comes on more if the suspension is being worked with a bumpy road. As the ESP is cutting in and out it whilst turning it makes the car unsafe to drive unless the ESP is turned off. With it turned off the car is back behaving normally with no handling issues. The garage said it could be a dodgy sensor but until it stays on they can't be sure. Not sure if it's linked but the car has developed a cold start problem where it will wind over and over and then start roughly for a second or two. The glow plug light goes out instantly you turn the ignition on even during the winter months. Thought I would add this bit just incase it helps anyone with a cure. Thanks for any advice and having me in the group.
