Hi l am new to these forums but I would like some help with my galaxy 2.3 petrol. I have just had to fit a new auxiliary belt but when I fitted it the belt has a flat side and a v side but when fitted the water pump has a v pully the flat side of the new belt runs over the pully is this correct, the old belt came off when the tensioner pully failed so I had nothing to follow fitting the new one. I welcome any help Thank you Eric
