found it ! there is anoher horn in the boot for the alarm ! 9.99 for a new one and hey presto the alarm works properly

hi I have a 2.5 mk11 ghia x. Both petrol guages go down nicely until about 60 miles left, then the digital guage tends to go up ? and the manual guage decreases to a stage where the petrol light comes on. Yet the digital still reads over 50 miles. Is something wrong or is there a simple fix ?

Hi had a mk1 a few years ago and it did something similar. I had to change the switches on the pilars that turned the interior lights off when you closed the doors. The wires had all come loose in the switch. Not sure if its your answer though ? :unsure: good luck resolving it.

Hi i have a 2.5 ghia x 97 mk2 . when my alarm goes off only the indicators flash and not the horn ? any ideas welcome.

Have had the compressor replaced again b :blink: y fords but this time the revs at idle speed are up and down when the climate is on . Any help will be helpfully. thanks

Thanks for the advice. I will let you know how I get on. No real problems but more curiousity just in case some thing is wrong

Hi I have never heard of vag-com but understand it is software + lead for diagnostic purpose. Just searched ebay but was totally confused. Can you let me know me know what system is needed ? Thanks
