Galaxy Boot Won't Open

And there is no separate fuse for the boot opener either. -
My Galaxy 2.0 TDCI boot won't open. Doors open and close all ok, there is no electric whirring sound when stand next to the boot and press the 3 button key fob. I have tried re-programming the key fob but to no avail. There is no lock to put the key in and you can't open it from the inside either.
