How much to repair a clutch on the Galaxy 2.3 anyone know bugzie -
Hi, anyone help with this.... Galaxy 2.3 ghia T reg... massive loss of power when accelerating engine revs, if i accelerate slowly the engine eventually picks up speed, this happens in all gears, the car can get up to 70mph+, I suppose letting a proper mechanic test drive the car would be the best think but just can't find a reliable one at present, I'm thinking it's one of the following can someone confirm... Clutch slipping,MAF sensor, Coil pack, turbo. thanks bugzie
-
thanks bigjeeze, if the car stalls what does that mean.

HI, need some advice before I get ripped off by my local garage. I run T reg 2.3 petrol Ghia, Heve a problem with engine over revving and loss of power in 1.2.3, gears... on the motor way it can knock points of me license if u know what I mean, feels like a clutch slipping, but if you don't put the foot down it gets there, definite loss of power in low gears. tried disconnecting maf sensor didn't change much maybe slightly more power with a tendency to stall help bugzie
