the steering is centred and the tracking has been done but the steering is very heavy and wont correct itself when cornering ? i read today somewhere that when they took the steering rack apart from the subframe when they put the new gearbox in that you have different legnth screws when it goes back in and that sometimes they put them in the wrong side ? meaning its being pulled the wrong angle ? have you ever come across this before ?

hi , hope someone will know what to do ? just had a recon gearbox fitted and when i got it back the steering has changed? its all heavy and doesnt want to return to the centre of road when driving? took it back to garage and they adjusted the sub frame slightly but it still not right ? any suggestions please ? robin
