Remote Key Fob

hi. i was looking help in getting my key fobs to work. i have a 2010 galaxy and the two remotes stopped working. the key is the flip type with three buttons. i have changed the battarys and still the doors will not lock or open on remote. the doors can be open by the key and the the car starts ok. can anyone help please.
