Please can someone help! I have had my head gasket changed and the problem is still the same! When the car is driven I lose coolant through the expansion tank which points to head gasket or possible crack but when the car is returned and idles there is no loss of water and also the engine is not overheating until the tank is empty which is after about 100 miles. All the usual has been changed thermostat, pump, etc. Now the expansion tank does show a combustion leakage but I dont understand how on idle there is no problem only when driving! The EGR valve has been mention as it is water cooled is this possible? Any help welcome. Many thanks
