Dear Forum, I had to replace our DMF and clutch a couple of months at at 85,000 miles on our 2008 2.0 TDCI. Cost Euro750 for parts (pattern, not oem) and Euro250 for labour. Have heard of the same thing on Volvos which use the same engine. Seems to be quite a common problem on these engines Regards Chris M, Wexford
