thank you both i have been told the trip computer reset button so i have been using the one on the stalk not on the odometer i shall try tonight!

I have a 2001 1.9tdi ghia does anyone know how to reset the service indicator? I recently had a service but not from a ford dealer and they did not reset the service indicator warning. Any help would be appreciated.
