hi guys can anyone help me i have the 09 ford galaxy ghia 18 tdci, the problem is the built in phone in the car when i press the phone botton now it just mutes the radio i can get into the bluetooth or phone part it seems to of disappeared, and it wont pick up the usb on it as well if you can healp it would be great thanks Ray........

thanks for the reply chris,i have done all this, when scaning it wont even pick up ford audio, i was reading that the bluetooth card in the unit can go some time, it could be that..

can anyone help me, my head is recked i have a 09 ford galaxy ghia the problem is my new phone htc wont connect to the blue tooth, it did connect up to last week now it wont pair or find it, i tryed my old phone and it does the same please, please, can any one help me, cheers Ray....
