Hello, here's how I decided my problem. Just changed the fuel filter and the engine did not die during initial launch.

I have the same problem, but still I can not find the reason. In my case happens when the car is sitting more than 3 hours without the engine running. I think the problem is not in the Passive Anti-Theft transponder. I planned on change fuel filter and see what happens.
