just got 2004 2.8 v6 have got problem changing between 2nd and 3rd, needs to be going about 35mph before 3rd kicks in,however if you take foot af accelerator and reapply it will change up, machanic said that gearbox is ok and its electro hydrolic problem which could be solved with tranmission fluid change (no guarantee it would fix)but worth a try at
