yes there is petrol getting in the spark plugs, fuel pump working, relay 30 is working, so there may be water in petrol so im draining it any other surgestions let me no please

hi ive got a 1995 ford galaxy 2.8 rv6 ive reset all the timing and checked the fuel injecters all spark plugs are firing but wont start, please could someone help?
