failed mot exessive corrosion on 3 of the brake pipes so might as well change them all

so do i wrap the reservouir before i take off the pipes or once i have taken them off im probably a bit thick but i have only done it on a transit before and i never had to wrap anything

will it not drain out when i have to take off the old brake pipes? or is there something i can put in the holes where the pipes connect to the reservor

i am changing all the pads,discsbrake and brake pipes on my mk1 when i am putting in new brake fluid should i top up the fluid after i change each pipe or drain the whole system and put new stuff in when all the new pipes are in thanks

thanks chris but mine doesnt look like that it has a few big fuses in it and 1 fuse blade fuse its a 1996

its the blade type there is a clear blown fuse in it at the moment but not sure of voltage as it looks newer than some of the ones in the main fuse box so not sure if its the right voltage

can any one tell me what the fuse in the auxiliary fuse box is for and what amp it should be my one has blown but just want to check i put the right one back in
