hi ya peeps thinking of buying a vag com for my old gal shes getting old now so getting many problems with her my galaxy is a 1997 (P) 20i ghia and my laptop is windows 7 can any one point me in the right direction to buying the right one ps and where do i plug it into many many many thanx TONY

hi this site has been so good i can't believe it solved many problems with my old gal mk1 (p)but she still keeps going here's another one for you? i bought new remote for the old girl coz mine had gone kapput tried to reprogramme but will not go into reprogramming mode on led, doors will lock with key. tried turning the key 3 times to unlock but no luck entering reprogramming mode can anyone help me :rolleyes:

hi there nick this happened to me several times and i found that if you look in your fuse box there are several relays one of them is the ignition relay what i did was to slightly tap each relay in turn this seem to rectify the problem, this may help good luck

hi there im a new member so be gentle with me i have a 1996 p reg galaxy ghia the front drivers side the runner had broken so i decided to change the whole mechanism ..... i put all back together now the motor will not work any one have any ideas about this
