  1. Wind back tool is recommended, but I have heard people using long nose pliers, Bed the pads in by normal driving, but with gentle braking for the first 200 miles, No hints or tips, its straight forward enough, which you will see when you change them.
  2. Cheers, I got a link to the fuse panel removal from bleeno, worked a treat, I bypassed the relay and the gal started, so Ford got the order for a new relay,
  3. Hi guys, Does anybody know how I access the relay panel, I know I have to tilt the fuse panel out of the way but even that does not move, is there a secret to this, or are Ford upto there usual tricks  I need to get to the relay panel, and try to jump the power relay and/or the fuel pump relay, as I cant get the beast to start cheers for all your help,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

  7. Cheers Kev, I was thinking the same thing as when it takes ages to start, somewhere in the fuse panel there is a relay clicking like mad, dont know if I have a relay 30, but that relay controls the ingnition/fuel, which I assume I must have a similiar relay. cheers bigD
  8. Hi guys, got a little problem with my Gal, she is taking ages to start and sometimes starts right away, the led on the door is flashing very fast and then settles to 1:6 flashing code(only does this when it takes ages to start), anybody know what this means, I read on a search of this site, that its the pats, also read that a faulty relay can cause this as well. cheers bigD

  14. A cabbie picks up a Nun. She gets into the cab, and notices that the VERY handsome cab driver won't stop staring at her. She asks him why he is staring. He replies: "I have a question to ask you but I don't want to offend you." She answers, "My son, you cannot offend me. When you're as old as I am and have been a Nun as long as I have, you get a chance to see and hear just about everything. I'm sure that there's nothing you could say or ask that I would find offensive." "Well, I've always had a fantasy to have a Nun kiss me." She responds, "Well, let's see what we can do about that: #1, you have to be single and #2, you must be Catholic." The cab driver is very excited and says, "Yes, I'm single and Catholic!" "OK" the Nun says, "pull into the next alley." The Nun fulfills his fantasy with a kiss that would make a hooker blush. But when they get back on the road, the cab driver starts crying. "My dear child," said the Nun, why are you crying?" "Forgive me but I've sinned. I lied and I must tell you, I'm married and I'm Jewish." The Nun says, "that's OK. My name is Kevin and I'm going to a Halloween party"
