Here's another ... Went to my local dealer on the Tuesday to book my car in on the Friday for a new front tyre, tailgate `FORD' badge and investigative work on why I'm getting smoke from the rear heater device under the car when its cold outside (which causes problems for the drivers behind) Took it in at 10.00am, I phoned around 2.00pm to see if it was ready. Sorry won't be ready until 4.15pm. When I went to fetch it, I was told couldn't find anything wrong with the heater, their computers had gone down and lost all their orders, so no new tyre was fitted, but the badge was fitted, and comes with a 12 month guarantee!! Which is good as all the polyester coating on the tailgate is coming off where they've glued it on. So they had my car for 6 hours to fit a tailgate badge very poorly!!! I would prefer to have rear passenger sliding doors, and make the front ones smaller cos no matter where you park in a car park some dick always parks too close!!! :angry: Interior colours - get rid of the oyster light brown? I have that (not by choice) and its a pain to clean it especially after the greese monkeys have been round it! Better stock of tyres available. Our local Tyre Sales (Bless them) tried everywhere to get one tyre for me - ended up having to get it from Ford! Spares should be cheaper!
