Hi I have recently joined the site and read yr comments. I have a 1.9TDi 2004 and have just replaced the flywheel and clutch and have had the same problem as you. when they had the gearbox out the said it was almost knackered so when I went back they said they had warned me. I have since had another opinion and the maechanic said it was a known fault on the 6 speed boxes even though the car has only done 95k. I am now looking for a recon gearbox ( around
