many thanks ,any idea how it works ,the centre dials are set to full but it still dont work

the space is under the passenger seat ,and i was told the rear heater worked off a battery ,and there is a wire point under there . many thanks

i need some help with my car ,which i got to keep the kids apart (i love the seats)but im having a lot of problems with it .to start with there is a space for a second battery but its not there and i dont know hot to connect it .next is the back heaters dont work and i dont know how to fix them .any help would be great . many thanks
