hi im all out of ideas cannot get diesel to injectors have had the injection pump tested and its fine all pipes are ok and the fuel filter is ok there is diesel just before the pump but wont pull into the injection pump have even taken out the stop solonoid any advice would be appreciated. cheers dave

thanks mirez thats what i thought just needed a second opinion, had one like this before but it was the blue smoke so new it was the turbo just thrown me me the white smoke, left it to tick over then smoke started turning grey and you could tell there was oil being burned, what a night mare i had changing the last turbo on these oh well better get the spanners out will let you no the outcome.

99% of the time that would occur because the engine is burning its own oil, check your level and it'll almost certainly be down a little. The most common reason being a blown turbo allowing oil to pass into the intake system (remove the hoses into the intercooler to check - there should a be a "little" oil in there but if its runs out then thats a deffo problem) else it'll be internal engine seals :angry: hi just took the intercooler pipes of and the oil ran out of the pipes would this confirm its the turbo or a more serious problem.

just bought a car and when you start it up it gives white smoke out then after a couple of minutes ticking over the engine starts to rev on its own and the only way to stop it is stall it. Any ideas would be appreciated.
