Help! Galaxy MKII Newbie. My front passenger side sensor doesn't TICK, so I've purchased a new one off fleabay for

I've got one sensor that doesn't tick but I only get a very low sound from parking sensor when engaged initially for about 5 seconds. Hopefully replacing this sensor will fix the issue, though I did find water under my passenger seat before Ford fixed rear washer.....hopefully the unit isn't totally fried!! Where can I get "an affordable" replacement sensor? I don't want to spend
