Long time reader, first time poster, fingers crossed. Some 18 months ago I experienced problems with my 95N 2.0GLX (original owner for my sins) where the engine would cut-out some 5 seconds after bursting into life. The same effect happened when using the Red key, but not the third (black) key. After being let down by a local garage, I now have one active ignition key and a seemingly dead Red key, the orginal black-key never being returned by the nice people at the garage. All this leaves me rather exposed in the event of the only active key migrating to silicon heaven. What has happened to the Red key, does it need re-programming, a new battery (does it have one) installing, or will it remain forever an ornament on the key hook. Many thanks in anticipation
