Can anyone one tell me what battery size should be in my 2.8 V6 Gal? I have one I think comes from a mini...lol

I also have a gearbox jumping, started bout a fortnite ago. Seems to miss first gear n wen it finds it, it jumps with a clunk. So from reading all the posts I take it could be any of the problems. The person I purchased it from said he had a gearbox refurb or was he telling me porkies?

Found the prob with rear wash/wiper, I think! The wires inside the rubber housing on the right of the tail gate were quite degraded, well split. Now my next question is do I replace them with newer wire or just patch them up with insulation tape? As there is very little room for wire connectors I presume it would have to be the latter?

So know ones got any idea then or do I assume its the battery????

Anyone got any ideas on this one? Drivers electric window works in global unlock and lock position, works when key is in ignition and turned so dash lights up but car not running, when car is running window does not work at all. Its got me baffled, I was wandering if it could be the battery not being big enough and not getting sufficient charge because the car only does short runs. Also the read wash and wiper system doesn't work either. Tried looking at rubber in tailgate but I cannot see any problems.

Can anyone tell me if thay have had a problem with their rear wash/wiper not working? Mine was working the other day but its decided to die on me today, no life at all from the washer or the wiper!!!

I have recently purchased a Galaxy 2.8 V6 Ghia X 4x4. After getting it serviced by fords (ouch) there was a not saying no prop shaft, I thought someone was having a laugh so I rang them n they said to my horror it had been removed. On hearing this I went and looked myself, yep, it wasn't there!!! Can ne1 tell me y wud someone remove the prop shaft??? Does ne1 no of any probs wiv 4X4's?

Nope...aircon not working theres a leak getting sorted nxt week...just blows cold however high I set the temp controls on normal settings

Hi, I see u must know alot about Galaxies n I wandered if ne one could help me with my new purchase? I have bought a Galaxy V6 2.8 Ghia X 4x4 97R. The heating doesn't work only blows out cold but the rear left of the vehicle is roasting!!! Also the prop shaft has ben removed so it no longer has 4x4 capabilities why it was removed I've no idea can NE-ONE help??
