I have a real problem that seams to stump every garage I have taken my Galaxy to I have a FORD GALAXY 2.0i Nreg When I satart the car it Starts fine after approx 2/3 mkins the engine will start to faulter and I have to rev it to clear this chugging Out of the exhaust comes a black grime (over burnt fuel) after this the chugging will stop and the car will ruin smoovly It is definatly worst in the mornings But can happen in the afternoons too I have had so many parts changed on this car recently and If you have any answers/suggestions at all PLEASE PLEASE REPLy here This is really driving me loopy PLEASE could you all try to help me with this thanks so much for your time in reading this Kind regards to you all ...mark I have a ford disk that shows the parts but obviously does not have and diagnostics on it.

firstly thanks for reading this I have just had the secondary air valve replaced in my Galaxy 2.0i N reg It is making a grating sound or whiring soung Is this normal or could the part be faulty I also have problems with it on cold mornings The engine will cough and splutter for about 30 seconds and the ehaust will smoke for theat period of time after that it is fine The air pump usually whirs at that period of time but you can also hear it when the engine is turned off Any help would be so appreciated ... regards to you all Mark :lol:
