  1. I can turn down the illumination, but does that not negate the point of having adjustable illumination. I should be able to choose my illumination level without it making an image in the door mirror. The reflection is definately seen in the mirror (although the window could be refracting the light onto the mirror).
  2. Sorry. Meant TDCi. It is a Mk III.
  3. My missus complained about the same thing. Ford garage said it was a known problem to do with condensation, but did not intend to do anything about it.

  5. The dash illumination on the new Galaxy (to the right of the steering wheel) is reflected in the centre of the door mirror. This is very annoying when driving at night. Did Ford not test the car in darkness?
