i have a similar problem in that sound works fine on the radio when the engine is NOT running. the minute the car is started the sound goes off. it doesnt then work until you turn off the engine, and pull the yellow plug out and back in again. then it plays fine until the engine starts. it is the 2007 radio with ford amplifier, O/E system any help most welcome
