Hi all

I have'nt been about for a while, i got married and have moved house and things have been hectic for months!

Anyway, i am going to change the plugs on my Gal. Thing is, i cant get to them and there is a plastic rail in the way and i dont know what it is or how to get it off.

Any help would be really appreatiated!

Many thanks

Mark

all you do is pull off the ht leads then pull the plastic housing off

it it hard to pull of but a good tug will do it

you will need a long extractor to remove the plugs as they are about 7 ins into the head .

get a proper removal kit to remove them

the ht leads are a bugger to get off as they are really stuk on due

to the heat

better to take to a garage to be done

it cost me

That rail were the ht leads sit i couldnt get off so i took the black bit off that runs the width of the engine bay that separates the wiper linkage area from the engine to make access easier.

I got the plugs from halfords for
