Fuse/relay Box

Does anybody know how to access the relays and maxi fuses. I have read that the front part of the fuse box drops down to access these, but how does it work?

You will need to loosen the panelling behind the gear stick to allow removal of the panel surrounding the fuse box. This may not be absolutely necessary, but it does help to see what you're doing.
