Engine Lower Mounting Corrosion

Hi all,

 

Have done a search but couldn't find anything about this, apologies if its there and I've missed it.

 

Did an oil and filter change at the weekend and noticed that the lower engine mounting was very badly corroded at the engine side pivot, the part furthest away from the front of the car.

 

Any body else have this problem and Should I get a replacement or will it just be outer oxidisation of the alloy component (I think thats what it is)

 

All other mountings are fine, can't understand why this one would be bad as its covered by the huge oil drip tray thats commonly known as the engine shield :D
