iainkirk Posted September 6, 2006 Report Posted September 6, 2006 Maybe the chain is for the optional toilet which replaces one seat in row 3.... Quote
Tigger Posted September 6, 2006 Report Posted September 6, 2006 Did'nt think they used a chain now as the water from the back window washer constantly ran to allow for auto flushing? Quote

iainkirk Posted September 7, 2006 Report Posted September 7, 2006 BUT, did they actually change anything on the car or did they JUST change the interval????? Quote
tim-spam Posted September 7, 2006 Report Posted September 7, 2006 They changed the spec (& part number) of the belt and uprated the tensioner and relay rollers. If you fit the later parts to an earlier car, the interval goes up from 40,000 miles for the belt and rollers to 60,000 miles for the belt and 120,000 miles for the rollers. The new part number for the belt ends with a 'P', and the old one ended with an 'N'. Quote
