How To Open The Boot From Inside?

Please give me instructions on how to open the boot from inside. When turning the key in the lock, the central locking works for the other doors, but the tailgate simply just won't open. Can't hear the usual "clicking" when trying to open it.

Yes I read it but I didn't find any answers in there. Should I try to remove the top of the panel and put my hand all the way down and see if I can manipulate the lock manually?

And once in there with the hand. What should I be searching for?

the locking mech! if you can add a little light into the gap and see the mech you should be able to manually trip it open! I've done it a couple times in breakers yards when the hatch is locked when either batteries dead or the keys are not available!
