just wondering thats all.

 

The Ghia's etc had that Chrome surround around the rear facia of the number plate.

But where abouts did the Black Surround come from?

 

Is it a particular model?

off a Sharran :) but they go better with the stsndard Galaxy rear lights as they haye darkened indicators :)

Mine being a GLX hasn't got the chrome surround, what you were showing is all of the panel black from a Alhambra.

 

I've seen them the same as mine which is mostly red with either no surround, chrome or some black.

 

I'll try and get a pic.

Depends on when it was made; Ford played around with the trim

Ours is Ghia model and has chrome

 

Seen one with neither.....just the red reflector surface going behind the number plate

All the Ghia , Ghia X and Ultima`s had a chrome trim on the rear panel .

 

The Si and Zetec models had a black trim on the panel .
