Rear Door Panel Winder?

hiya folks.

ok can you help me here please, changing door speakers in rear doors, front ones done but rear has a window winder,

how does winder handle come off as there is no screw in the centre of it. behind winder theres a washer that seems to be able to push backwards towards door but then what?

the metal surclip(as i call it lol)

 

try to fit a small screwdriver on it .and part prize off and the winder will cme away

 

there is a tool you can buy to do this also

don't know what model/year you have but tis implies that on a mk2 there is a cover to the handle with a clip/screw behind

 

 

and that mk1 needs
