Mk 2 Cup Holders

the cup holders on my 2001 alhambra don't work, you press them but they do nothing. managed to get one out and it needs a clean. but the other one has come out and theres nothing in there???

 

Is the cupholder part a seperate item or is it the whole centre part? Wheres the best place to get parts from, seat, ford vw??

one comes out ok, the other come part way, :( frauds quoted me around
